NDIS ORDERING

If you are Self Managed or Plan Managed, you’re in the right spot!

How we process your NDIS order all depends on how your NDIS funds are managed.

  • Self Managed – you process your invoice yourself. So simply use our standard shop to place and pay for your order. Be sure to add your NDIS details in the ‘finalising’ section at checkout. You can then keep the order confirmation for your records. You DO NOT need to fill in the form below.

  • Plan Managed - your invoice is processed by your Plan Manager. Please fill in the order request form below. We will then email you an invoice for your approval and for you to pass onto your provider. Once we receive payment, we will send your order direct to you.

Please note - Remindables is not a registered provider for NDIS so if you need to purchase using this method you can do so through one of our wonderful Wholesalers. Please email us directly and we can let you know your closest seller.
